The year is drawing to a close - time to look back on the milestones that shaped INTRAVIS in 2025. From new systems and smart features to international trade fair appearances and projects with customers worldwide: this year has shown how we are continuing to develop quality assurance together.
2025 was a year in which we consistently pushed ahead with our technology.
We have also added key functions to existing systems. The SpotWatcher's fully automatic product changeover reduces changeover times and ensures stable inspection quality, even with frequent product changes. The new Validation Mode enables a guided, documented check of system functionality and creates security for audits and production approvals. It is now also possible to reliably inspect labels and bottles of the same colour - a challenge that we have solved with optimized lighting and intelligent image processing.
Technically, all systems are now "cloud-ready": the Edge Device, which is now part of the standard scope of every INTRAVIS system, offers secure interfaces for digital services and data analysis. And for a better user experience, the IntraVisualizer, previously only available as PC software, is now also available as an app for smartphones and tablets. This means that key production figures and trends can be accessed on the move at any time - for quick decisions directly on the shop floor or on the move.
A year full of encounters: At the major international trade fairs, we were able to show how our solutions enable quality assurance in real time.
The drinktec in Munich was one of the highlights. Here, we presented our PreMon system live in action - including AI features and PreMon Wizard - and held numerous discussions about the importance of real-time data for stable processes.
The PACK EXPO in Las Vegas was also an important event. The LabelWatcher 360° took center stage and impressed visitors with its ability to reliably check the 360° labels of unoriented products with any object shape.
K 2025 in Düsseldorf marked the highlight of the trade fair year. With a broad portfolio - from IML solutions and closure inspection to preforms - and intensive discussions about data-driven processes and AI, we addressed the future topics of the industry.
We were also represented at other important trade fairs, including Pack Expo Southeast, Plastimagen, Propak Africa and Gulfood Manufacturing. This presence demonstrates our commitment to being close to the markets and the challenges of our customers worldwide.
There were also important internal meetings: At our International Sales Meeting and the International Service Meeting, the focus was on knowledge transfer and the further development of our global standards.
In addition to innovations and trade fair appearances, we have successfully implemented numerous projects in 2025. The following examples are representative of many installations worldwide.
Another example is the installation of the PreMon at Almutahida Packaging. The PreMon was installed many times in 2025, but this customer has publicly shared its enthusiasm - a strong sign of how much our solutions are appreciated. The benefits are obvious: errors are detected early, waste is reduced and processes are stabilized in the long term.
A special highlight beyond products and projects: INTRAVIS was recognized for its innovative strength in 2025. This recognition confirms our aspiration to continuously develop new solutions and raise quality assurance to a new level.
In the coming year, we will continue to work on designing our systems and software to provide our customers with the best possible support - with a focus on efficiency, data expertise and user-friendliness. At the same time, we are looking forward to the next big events: Plastindia, Chinaplas and Interpack. These trade fairs are important platforms for us to present our latest developments and continue our dialog with the industry.
