  • All job offers that are on the website are open. We immediately remove a position, which has successfully been occupied, from our website. From time to time, it may happen that the vacancy is still online on other channels. You should orient yourself on the open vacancies on our website. There is no fixed application deadline for the advertised positions.

  • If you apply to one of our open vacancies, please use our quick and easy application form on our website. By clicking on the “Apply” button, under the respective job posting, you will get to the associated form. There you can upload your application documents, so that we can get a first impression of you. Since we are extremely interested in your person, your CV and a meaningful cover letter are necessary. In your cover letter, let us know what knowledge and experience you bring to the table and why you are the right person for the job. In your application, please state your earliest possible starting date or your period of notice as well as your desired salary. Relevant references and certificates should also be included with your application.

  • Take some time with your application. Study the job profile and the job posting that interests you. Compile your application documents carefully and please use the application form. We have deliberately kept it concise and simple. However, we still require a few information and documents, so we can get a better picture of your person.

  • After uploading your application, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If necessary, check your spam folder if you do not see an acknowledgement of receipt in your inbox. Firstly, the application documents are viewed by Human Resources and forwarded to the relevant specialist department in order to assess the application profiles additionally from a specialist point of view. We carefully review each application and endeavor to provide you with feedback in a timely manner.

  • If you are shortlisted, we will invite you to an interview to personally get to know you. The first interview is usually conducted with you by an employee from the HR department and a specialist representative from the relevant department. Currently, initial interviews usually take place digitally. We would welcome if you activated the video function during the interview.

    If the first interview was successful, we are going to invite you to a second personal interview in the next round, possibly in combination with an on-site taster session. This varies depending on the department you are applying for. If this interview is also successful, we will invite you to a final personal interview with our CEO, who also wants to meet all of our future employees in person. The subject of this second interview, in addition to getting to know each other personally and professionally, is salary negotiation.

    Should you come to an agreement during this meeting, we will make you an offer.
