In addition, the system is quickly and effortlessly adjustable to your preform portfolio – as it requires no exchange parts. Overall, the PreWatcher Offline is the optimal solution for your preform quality control due to several options for targeted ejection and an inspection performance of up to 100,000 preforms per hour.

The preform inspection system can be implemented in your production in different ways: on the one hand, it can used as an offline system to quickly re-sort preforms of your retained production. On the other hand, thanks to its linear handling system, the PreWatcher Offline can also be integrated inline directly behind the injection molding machine.

  • The preforms can be transparent, translucent or opaque. They should have a diameter of 10 – 50 mm (at the body) and a height of 40 – 160 mm. If these dimensions do not fit to your preforms, please contact us to find an individual solution for you.

  • The PreWatcher Offline has two ejection units. For example, one ejector can be used to reject faulty parts. The second one can be beneficial to segregate contaminated preforms and to exclude them from the recycling process.
