Sleeve-labeled products

Sleeved products offer a 360° decoration with strong visual impact and design flexibility. The SleeveWatcher focuses on the all-round inspection of sleeve labels for correct positioning, folds, holes, contaminations and further defects. With its dedicated lighting technology and inspection software, the system ensures premium shelf appearance and stable processes.

In-mold-labeled products

The IMLWatcher is designed for in-mold labeling applications and focuses on defects typically generated during the IML production process. The system detects label offset, blow-byes, short shots and further label defects with high precision. It can be directly integrated into the robot handling, enabling immediate inspection after injection molding and ensuring maximum process reliability.

360° pressure-sensitive labeled products

For 360° full-body inspection of pressure-sensitive labels, the LabelWatcher 360° captures the entire circumference of the product - in any rotational position. The system detects artwork offset, folds, holes and contaminations and further defects from every angle. It guarantees complete quality control even for demanding product designs.

Pressure-sensitive labeled products

Products with pressure-sensitive labels require precise placement and consistent print quality. The LabelWatcher system is typically integrated directly into the labeling machine, enabling inline inspection of oriented products during the labeling process. It is especially suited for applications with front and back labels, where exact positioning is critical. The system reliably detects a huge range of defects ensuring a high-quality production and a strong brand protection.
