For nearly three years, we have been offering our customers the PreMon, a system that is used directly in the production line downstream of the injection molding machine for quality control. As a monitoring system, the PreMon undertakes the task of providing real-time quality results of the most important preform quality characteristics per octabin. In this way, the system forms the basis for deciding whether an octabin is to be shipped directly or re-sorted in the warehouse by means of a 100% inspection. The foundation for this is the octabin statistics specially developed for the PreMon.

One customer that relies on the PreMon and already demonstrated this at its own booth at the K show 2019 is Husky. The world-renowned manufacturer of injection molding machines is impressed by the possibilities offered by the PreMon and, for its customers, appreciates that the system can significantly increase the efficiency of the production line.
